I help people who are seeking wholeness gain insight and skills so they can learn to heal themselves.  

I use my medical background and inspiration from astrology, Reiki, and shamanism to help you select a path towards wholeness.

Astrology helps you choose your best life.

It also provides valuable information about timing.  

It helps you gain insight regarding times of growth and personal transformation.

This knowledge helps you make informed choices about how you want to spend your time and effort to align with the energy flowing through your life.

I also offer personal healing sessions using reiki and shamanic journey techniques. 

These sessions can be done in person or online and are designed to help you clear blockages and enhance your innate power to heal yourself.

I am a physician, board certified hematologist. 

I am in the process of relocating to a beautiful acreage in the mountains of Colorado.

Our property includes a yurt that serves as the place where I teach and do in person sessions

So how did I get interested in astrology and energy healing?

A patient undergoing a bone marrow transplant first introduced me to shamanism and reiki about 10 years ago.

I was fascinated and began studying it. 

Shamanism uses a meditation technique called journeying to access altered stages of consciousness and enter non-ordinary realms of being.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that facilitates healing by enhancing life force energy. 

I love the beauty, grace, power and simplicity of reiki and shamanism.

Although I was initially attracted to these modalities for healing purposes, both disciplines offer the opportunity for self development and personal growth.

My own journey

I had an astrology reading when I was in college that astonished me.

My astrologer was an elderly neighbor and friend.

He calculated my chart by hand using an ephemeris.

I was awed by his ability to get in my head and understand what makes me tick.

Life got busy and I did not think any more about it until years later.

During my metaphysical journey, I circled back to astrology and began to learn about it.

The more I learned, the more I realized it was another piece of my esoteric puzzle.

Shamanism and reiki gave me an appreciation for the energetic matrices that unite all things on Earth, but I realized Earth is not a closed system.

We are a part of a larger universe.

Astrology is a key to unlocking knowledge about how we earthlings fit into that universe.

For the past 5 years, I have been largely self taught, reading, listening to podcasts, and doing online courses.

I did readings for family and friends and soon “friends of friends” were contacting me for readings.

As I contemplated how to integrate astrology into my other skills, I enrolled in Kepler College and am working on getting my diploma in astrology. 

My journey on this path has expanded my understanding of self, my relationship with nature, and finding my purpose for walking this earth.

I am excited to be ready to share this path with you.
